business. We can offer promotions and slash prices to bring in
as many new customers as we want,
but the most important is we can get those customers come back,
in order to let the business relationship for long. So
Good customer service is always we pursue.
Below is the 8 rules of our customer service. |

Answer the phone immediately, reply the mail immediately |

Never make promise unless we will keep them |
|
Always listen to our customers and accept their suggestion |
|
Deal with complaints at our first time, even if sometimes it's
not our faults |
|
Always be helpful, even there is no immediately profit in it |
|
Trains our staffs to be always helpful, courteous, and
Knowledgeable |
|
Take the extra step, make extra effort once helpful |
|
Throw in something extra, always think and do before Customers. |

Specific Order Condition

Payment Terms:
|
1> First order, T/T in advance; |
|
|
2>
Second order,30% T/T in advance, balance will be paid before
shipment; |
|
|
3>
Third order,30% T/T before shipment, balance will be paid before
Original B/L or Surrendered B/L; |
|
|
4> Once business goes smoothly, we can accept one month or two
month after Shipment. |
|
Delivery Terms: Normally
within 10-30 days. Some urgent orders, can be solved as a
special case. If big order, it will be not more than 45 days. |
|
Price terms: Always
FOB/NINGBO or SHANGHAI. But if customer ask some others price
terms, such CNF/CIF, we also can accept it. |

Payment Method: Accept T/T, Accept West union, Accept Paypal, |

Delivery Method:Accept
Sea shipment, Accept Air shipment, Accept any of the global
